Structural Warranty
5 YearsCovers the structural integrity of all built elements, masonry, concrete, framing, and permanent fixtures. If it was built on our project, it's covered.

ManufacturerAll appliances carry the full manufacturer's warranty. We assist with registration and warranty claims at no charge.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Submit Through Client Portal
Log in to your client portal and submit a warranty claim with a description of the issue, photos if available, and the project address. This keeps all warranty requests documented in the project file.
Site Assessment
Our team will review the claim and schedule a site visit if needed to evaluate the issue and determine whether it is covered under the project warranty.
Resolution
Covered warranty items will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved according to the applicable warranty terms. Once complete, we will document the resolution and update the project file.
