Every 4 Season's Outdoors project follows the same proven process. It keeps builds on schedule, on budget, and eliminates the surprises that plague most construction projects.
We come to you.
Every project starts with a free on-site consultation at your property. We walk your space, listen to your vision, and assess the site conditions — existing slab, gas lines, electrical access, drainage. No pressure, no obligation. We just want to understand what you're building before we put a number on it.

After the consultation, we produce a detailed proposal and a full 3D rendering of your finished outdoor kitchen — at no charge. You'll see exactly how it looks in your space, with your chosen materials and appliances, before you sign anything. We revise until it's right.

We handle the paperwork.
Once you approve the design, we prepare a formal contract and pull all required permits on your behalf. In most Austin-area jurisdictions, outdoor kitchens with gas, electrical, or plumbing require permits — we know the process and handle it completely. You don't make a single call to the city.

Built right. Built to last.
We break ground on your project and build it from the ground up, footing, rebar, limestone block, countertop fabrication, appliance installation, electrical, plumbing, and finishing details. One point of contact from start to finish. We work clean, communicate daily, and don't leave a job half-finished. Most builds are complete in 1–2 weeks from groundbreak.
