The Independent — Downtown Austin Rooftop
When the project is on the 9th floor, you don't get to take anything back.
The Independent is the building that defines downtown Austin's skyline. Designing and installing a full outdoor kitchen on a high-rise terrace is a different animal than a residential backyard — every appliance had to be staged through service elevators, every base had to land within strict structural tolerances, and the materials had to read as warm and intimate against a glass-and-steel skyline. Homey Clay Porcelain tiles to warm the space, Dekton countertops on custom steel brackets to carry the load, Viking grills and True refrigeration for the built-in package, and a communal dining table seating 18+. This is the build we point to when someone asks whether we handle complex sites. We do.
